ISO 21001:2018 offers organizations the opportunity to strengthen their Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) in order to promote excellence and satisfaction of all stakeholders, such as learners, other beneficiaries and staff. The standard provides requirements for a management system that allows an organization's ability towards supporting competency acquisition and development through teaching, learning or research while ensuring continual improvement in EOMS performance.
ISO 21001:2018 provides a set of general guidelines for any organization that uses teaching, learning or research to develop competence in its users. It does not matter the size, type and means of delivery as these standards are designed to be universally applied. Link
